Tim Garnham has had over 30 years’ experience in the property industry and is responsible for the company’s development programme. In 2015 he stepped down as joint Chief Executive of Minerva Limited which specialised in London offices, mixed use and high end London residential. He was responsible for developing in excess of 1.5 million sq ft of offices, luxury residential and mixed use schemes. Notable projects included The Walbrook Building, The St Botolph Building, 90 High Holborn and The Lancasters.
Prior to joining the company as Group Development Director in 1998 he was Deputy Managing Director of Trafalgar House Property responsible for the UK development programme including a number of major London sites including what is now 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin), Paddington Basin and Chiswick Park.
He is a Non-Executive Director of London and Continental Railways where he is also Chairman of The Remuneration Committee. He is a Trustee in the Garrard Family Foundation, Governor of Queenswood School and Chair of The Facilities Committee. He is a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Farriers.
